Do I need a VISA to get into Brazil?

Yes, an eVISA is needed to enter Brazil. Remember, you cannot fully apply for the eVISA without your flight information, but you can start the application process at any time.

How will I get from my Hotel to the Wedding Venue?

If you choose to stay at the Royal Tulip JP hotel, you are only a short 5min drive from the wedding venue. To get to the venue, we will provide a shuttle service that leaves at 3:40PM, on the day of the wedding, and will return back to your hotel as you need throughout the night.

Where will the Ceremony and Reception be held?

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at the same location.

The wedding will continue on until midnight, but we will have a shuttle to take guests back to the hotel as they need. Saturday (May 30th)Take a day off and rest up for the rest of your trip. Sunday (May 31st)After the wedding, for guests who choose, we recommend continuing your vacation in Rio de Janeiro to visit Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Rio's beautiful beaches. To get to Rio de Janeiro, we will provide a shuttle service to leave the Royal Tulip JP hotel at 09:00 am to the Sao Paulo (GRU) airport to take your flight to Rio de Janeiro (GIG) or, if you prefer, you can also take a connecting flight straight from Ribeirao Preto (RAO) to Rio de Janeiro (GIG).

After the wedding on May 29th, you are welcome to join us in Rio on the water with drinks and food on a boat beach tour/party on Monday June 1st at 1PM. A shuttle to the dock will leave Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel &amp; Resort at 11:30AM. A shuttle will return you to the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel &amp; Resort at 6PM after the beach tour/party.
