Thursday (May 28th)

We will have a shuttle service leaving GRU airport at 07:45AM to make the ~3:30hr drive to Ribeirao Preto.

If you are unable to make the shuttle service, you may fly from GRU to RAO (a smaller airport in Ribeirao Preto) or hire a private driver from GRU for about $190. If you’d like more details about the private driver option, please ask us for more information.

Friday (May 29th) - WEDDING DAY!!!

From the Royal Tulip JP hotel, we will have a shuttle service leaving at 3:40PM to take everyone to the wedding venue. The wedding will continue on until midnight, but we will have a shuttle to take guests back to the hotel as they need.

Saturday (May 30th)

Take a day off and rest up for the rest of your trip.

Sunday (May 31st)

After the wedding, for guests who choose, we recommend continuing your vacation in Rio de Janeiro to visit Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Rio's beautiful beaches. To get to Rio de Janeiro, we will provide a shuttle service to leave the Royal Tulip JP hotel at 09:00 am to the Sao Paulo (GRU) airport to take your flight to Rio de Janeiro (GIG) or, if you prefer, you can also take a connecting flight straight from Ribeirao Preto (RAO) to Rio de Janeiro (GIG).
